I have no law background, but someone that does could you answer this for me? Would Duke University be going through all this if he had declared for the draft?
I doubt it though the agreement apparently gives them the right to his NIL this entire year, I think they’d opt out.

So any chance this gets done today or still looking like the 2nd ?
Duke is just playing dirty. Once he enrolls they can not have any contact with him. Doing so would be a major NCAA violation. The case would basically be dead at that point. Duke could still sue but at that point, Mensah could pull **** out and tell them to suck it.

The great state of Indiana! But I am also licensed in Michigan and Illinois. Served my time in big law in Chicago/Indiana and now have a smaller 7 lawyer practice very near Notre Dame. You?
@major kong ??? His practice is on Skull Island.

So............

Is going to get a hearing today or is the judge already on the golf course?

lol of course they didn’t hear his but had no problem with Duke’s

It's 3pm on a Friday but it's a little cold for 18 holes so we may be lucky.

Life is much more enjoyable running your own ship I'm sure. My stepfather sold his lawfirm of about 50 to a large firm out of Miami and lasted maybe a year and half under their umbrella. He absolutely hated it.
