I'm not trying to call you out your name or anything like that. But that's some real ****** ***** **** where in the same sentence where you're celebrating the fact we flipped a five-star defensive end so late in the cycle, You also have to point out we better get another one because it looks like we can't get the type of defensive lineman you want. Like that's real ****** bull****. That's some on the spectrum type behavior. Take 30 minutes to enjoy the fact we just flipped a top 20 in the country player, a five-star defensive end without dwelling on the facts obviously we need the types of d tackles. Everybody knows that but is this thread, in this moment the time to point that out? Ur better then that bruh.
Yea Bryant is better than DJ imo so I am excited, Bain part 2

These fans just killing SEC lore and this is going to keep happening, now we the boss and you go back to the ways of old where yall was dog ****
they conference is trash. Texas, Oklahoma, and Alabama are overrated. Tenn and Mizzou can't beat a p5 team with a winning record and they stay in top 25 all year. Florida was like a top 10 preason team last year lol

I’m not in the room where it happens. But I’d be surprised if our NIL payouts are any more than the other top programs. I’m sure we’re paying well, not saying kids are coming to Miami only for the coaching and culture. But I don’t relieve we’re overpaying. Maybe Cantwell we did but he is Hercules.

My point is that when L$U, Jawja and Baga come crying about us throwing money at recruits, what’s really happening is we are roughly matching and the recruits would just rather play at the U.

I don't think we're overpaying. If anyone is overpaying it's those SEC schools b/c they aren't in the most attractive locations.

We tried to tell everyone that once pay was over the table instead of under the table, UM and a few other programs would have the advantage. Our billionaire boosters were never going to hand out $20,000 duffel bags. But once NIL provided a legitimate avenue, those same boosters could do so much more than duffel bags of cash.

What we could not have definitively known was that UM would hire the right coach to also take advantage of NIL and UM’s resources. Mario and the refocused administration have put it all together and created a football machine.
I thought it would help I think it did but Manny was dog ****. They have to believe in the head coach and you have to have the NIL, its a mixture of both but LCE was right them boys in scramble mode. When Saban said Bryce got 1m in NIL i thought to myself they would be able to battle still but apparently not

Don’t think they are passing, it’s just cutthroat competition for that position. There’s also less of a separation amongst everybody because 3 other schools (SMU) in their state have made the playoffs in the past 2 seasons with A&M and TT being the most recent.

They have two of the top 20 edges committed already though so they aren’t completely striking out. …. They are still in it for a lot of bluechippers. 247 shows that they haven’t had official visitors yet; they stacked these 3 weekends of June, pre-dead period.

And not sure if you peeped but they absolutely had one of the best portal classes last year which probably dried up some funds.
Yeah they went and signed big portal class this year, but that's cause they're all in on this season. This 27 HS class is for next+future seasons.
Of course they've been like top 3 each of last 2 years out of HS pretty sure. So not like they wont have guys.

But they also have a LOT of high value players that should be coming off the books for NIL after this season. Legit they lose their entire starting lineup on offense basically lol. Arch, Smothers+Raleek, Coleman+Wingo, Goosby. Aside from the RBs those are all 1st round type prospects. And defensively Colin Simmons is a top 10 pick, and I'm sure Rasheem Biles was expensive. Bo Mascoe will be gone too. I mean all those names alone is probably like >$15M?

I'm just saying all that to say I think if it came down to Texas or LSU for Green, and Texas has deemed him the top DL recruit they're after... I think they beat LSU for him.
