Wasn’t Bryce Young the #1 ranked QB his class and is only 5’10 with cleats 😂? How did he overcome the frame concerns and convince the evaluators?

Kyler Murray is a legit freak (pause) even at that size (double pause). Dude could’ve went professional in two different sports.
Bryce Young overcame it because he was so **** special out of high school, and it shows how he won the Heisman and was drafted #1 overall

I understand why 247 projects to the NFL Draft in their rankings. It’s the most objective measure of evaluations.

But sometimes it can lead to weird results in ranking college football recruits. Coleman’s size would be a big outlier in the NFL but is more common among successful college football quarterbacks.
Gotta remember 247 also ranked Aiden Chiles as the number 1 transfer QB last year… I respect them but their rationale is insane with Cam last year and now Coleman this year.

5. QB Dereon Coleman (Miami commit)
Dereon Coleman was the other gunslinger for 24K this weekend and picked up right where he left off to start the day on Day 2. After a strong four touchdown performance on Day 1, Coleman followed it up with seven touchdowns on day 2. He and Trae Taylor were placing the football all over the field with Coleman showcasing his phenomenal natural arm talent and quick release. Coleman threw the lone interception for the pair early on Day 2 and battled back to put the final game away and score the last two touchdowns for 24K in the championship.

What was his stat line this season? Been waiting for 24/7 to update.
