Curtis is like Sam Shields..except were not waiting to switch him to corner his senior season.
No he is not sam sheilds personal record in 100 10.47, Curtis 11.13. Some of y'all are really overstating his speed. He is fast but he is not a blazer, I bet you didnt see that clip in his hudl when he got ran down.

He's faster without the ball in his hands.......watch him run down the guys at CB.
Guy hasnt even played his senior year yet either.

He's not, I watched the film and he is fast, but his competition is also pretty poor. You want to see a guy run a 10.5-10.4 on the field go watch hester in highschool or even go watch that Leary kid, there is a clear difference in speed.

Well now you're comparing him to one of the fastest and best ever to play. I comp'd him to Shields...big difference.

Running in pads and with a ball is much different than track...keep harping on those shorts and shoes numbers though lol

First of all someon compared him to shields first I sad no becuase there 100 meter times are completely different. Then you say he is faster with the ball in his hands so I gave example of players to watch if you want to see that 10.4-10.5 speed, since that speed obviously transfer to the field.

Stop, Sam sheilds, Leary, and other guys who run that 10.4-10.5, go look at their tapes not only do they look faster than Curtis on tape the times prove it. So stop being in denial.

I did not say he was faster with the ball in his hands....C'mon man

You do realize player comps aren't just based off a track time right? Clown shoes

That's how I know you haven't done any research. Daniel Edwards is definitely faster than Curtis, Edwards fastest time is a 10.89 in the 100 meter and he is pretty consistent with his slowest time being a 11.1 into a decent headwind. Curtis, fastest time is a 11.13, but not consistent with also having times of 11.5, 11.3, not only that but you talking about someon that hasn't hit the weight room, that's is Edward's. Macghee is also arguably faster, he has a 4.56 40 and ran an 11.37 in 2019, while Curtis was running a 11.73 in 2019, you can assume that Macghee has gotten faster over a year.
Track times aren't the same as football speed... You can put the film on and see Curtis is the faster player

No you can not, in every film you see them out running people. I bet you didnt see Curtis get chased down in his film. Go watch Edwards film, the first play you can see how his track time translates to the field. Macghee out running people, returning kicks.

75% of Curtis film is of him running half speed. He doesn't turn on the jets until he needs to. Go watch the last two plays of his highlights and you will see how fast he is when he's running full speed

That's a **** lie, 90% of his film his him running and a straight line, not joking or moving side to side, meaning you have to slow down and pick up speed. Go rewatch his film.

You are talking about how he chased down that 4.9 RB who just broke a tackle.

I never related them, I was trying to say Curtis comps is bad therefore he looks faster than he really is. I thought that you would be able to figure out.

You are right and I am wrong. How could I have not seen it all before. Thank you for enlightening me on your football knowledge and prowess. You are the best...I gave you all my likes. I hope that one day I can be as wise and smart as you O' football lord!

Not sure what him running in a straight line has to do with him not running Full speed. I've watched his film several times. He only runs as fast as he needs to. You can tell when he turns on the jets and when he isn't.. Curtis is also clocked at 4.48 and McGhee runs a 4.56. So unless Edwards is running a sub 4.48 I doubt he's faster
