You all see this during the game?

I believe Mario was taking the opportunity to lay into the defense, (I'm with "12" on coach Hayes). I think the defense played poorly, and he was trying to fix things...

Please get Flagg and Ivey off the field, OC's are salivating scheming those two... I can't imagine playing behind those two and watching that play....

They have to get those two off the field or it will be costly

Just rewatching the game now. This is after the Kam interception and spiking the ball.

These boys are definitely in an adjustment period with this coaching staff.

Last time I saw a UM Coach that "emotionally involved," was when Sebastian ran into the end zone and we got a 10 or 15 yard penalty.

Butch Davis **** near vapor locked - had murder in one eye, and siht in the other! I wouldn't have bet a cup of coffee that Sebastion would leave the field under his own locomotion skills . . .

He also said in the presser, “we have to act like we expect to make those plays.” Totally different mindset than using jewelry to celebrate.

Yeah, let's act like we've played before.

So cool to see a phenomenal play - and the player who just did the near-miracle - acts like he does that 8 hours a day.

I think the important part was he admonished but at the end it looked like he was rallying the guys

Coach em hard and demand more but also let them know you got their backs

It was almost liking breaking a huddle at the end

Good stuff

I don’t mind a kid celebrating a big play. As soon as I saw the flag, the first thing I said was “god forbid kids have fun playing a game”. That said, the players need to understand the situation. Was the spike some kind of egregious taunt? Of course not but because it’s a judgment call for the refs, they’re going to call it in Miami more often than not. A 15 yard penalty against a good team in a close game could cost them. Gotta be smarter than that.
