stop. malik played terrible. had he hit 2 of the wide open throws we would have won. we were up 7 to 3 and he missed a wide open berrios. hit that we prob go up 14 to 3. instead he threw it behind.

its maliks fault we lost. and he deserved to be benched.

U never can blame a game on one person or one side of the ball ... in most cases... If the Def would have held them to 0 we would have... But IMO if Miami was a chain the Off is its weak link... Malik is a good Quarteback like Mose was a good leader will get us to the Mountain Top but will not be the QB to take Miami to the Promised Land...

Not sure what all you guys are freaking out about.

-Rosier was off the whole game. BADLY. He wasn't pulled forever, he was pulled for one series. He got put back in with a chance to win. Richt wanted to settle him down or give him something to think about.

-"Run the ball! Run the ball" We were trying. We were getting ABSOLUTELY WRECKED at the point of attack. Did you guys not watch? Pitt was in our backfield every play. You can't run the ball without an oline opening holes. Not to mention, we were behind.

-"Richt will never be a champion" It's not on richt that Rosier just was wildly inaccurate today. I personally like Rosier man. He's a good kid. But he just couldn't hit the ******* broad side of a barn today. If he hits literally HALF of the wide open throws that he missed, we win easily. It's not on Richt.

You're only ever as good as your quarterback is playing. That's just football.

Richt just sent a message to the whole team. Do your job well or you are replaceable.

Timing was a bit suspect but if the reporters heard him correctly he told Malik flat out he expects more of him and he sat him for a drive.

Really? Wow! You've broken some serious news as I guarantee you that not very many are aware that Rosier also played on the defensive side of the ball. Again, WOW!

Joe Kapp, wow that is a blast from the past. He took the Vikings to Super Bowl. Not sure Rosier will ever do that but I still think he can bring us a NC. Lot of players missed chane to make big time plays today.

Rosier benched for a series meant nothing. Sheriffs went 0-2 and a sack. Punt. Had Sheiffs stayed in led a comeback win, then maybe we have something. All the hook did was prove we roll with Rosier.

As as we should.

Dont get me wrong i love malik he has heart and has helped us get to a 10-1 record, but to take make us an elite team we need consistency in our quarterback play. I have feeling in the off season the quarterback position will be back up for grabs.

completely disagree. He was losing the game for the team. there were at LEAST 4 times he had a wide open touchdown and he missed them. he was sabotaging the team. Richt should have pulled him earlier

1. Emotional post game thread is emotional.
2. Skeptical now that the loss came.
3. Richt confirmed there is no controversy.
4. Complete melt down thread killing a player who had a bad game, including players’ parents throwing shade. Kid made plays all year to win games, but the first chance people get they’re calling for the freshman to burn his red shirt 11 games into the season.

Weak sauce. And I don’t agree with the timing of the benching. Should have been earlier. Dude was off on the trigger all game.
