Finnegan has the frame you want but i don't think he'll see the field for 2 or 3 years. that cat is just too thin

Agree. We should have revoked the offer to Duke after he got laid out in the UA game.

That's a great point! I bet you look back at this post with pride thinking you said something really special…. Duke got busy on everybody in Dade County and beyond. Your point FAILED. Duke showed up in the big ones. Travis Rudolph has racked up numbers on some small parochial schools in Palm Beach County. When he has faced the stiffer competition he has been M.I.A. picking up numbers in garbage time against them. That was the point of my original post. He does not face stiff competition in practice or in many of his games. Miami could be a shock to his system. This may be too much logic for some of the posters in here who feel like they are celebrities with their witty avatars and funny pics to express who they are. SMH.

I follow high school football in South Florida very closely. I think I have an opinion that means something. Perhaps some of you disagree… Can't do anything about that.

Just wondering how a Greg Bryant from American Heritage does not get an offer from Miami but a Travis Rudolph does. Sorry to be critical of your favorite team but just wanted to point something like this out.

Maybe you´re right, but we will only know about this after the kid play four(three) years in Coral Gables, can you agree?

Btw, your opinion appears not meant so much to Miami staff since they disagree with you, can you accept this or will be mad once again? Also, you want to be heard but attack posters logic, avatars and funny pics?!? Well...

Greg Bryant is a year older than Rudolph and plays a different position.

come on man, don't insult me. I know that. I am talking about the caliber of player and level of competition.

You made a point that you didn't like the offer because he "got slammed" by someone....who was on him as soon as he caught the ball. Your point was stupid and your retort was even more retarded. Nobody gives a **** what you think you know about recruiting.

I'm sure being at Miami was a shock to Rashawn Scott's system, but he seems to be doing just fine. So have plenty of other kids.

So how about next time you wanna be critical, do so without sounding like ******* idiot and maybe you won't get treated like one.

The coaches probably like Alex Collins more than Bryant. And the level of competition is silly, we've had plenty of successful guys play low levels of competition in high school. Sean Taylor is 1, and Rashawn Scott will be another.

Finally, they just saw this kid in camp the other day. Kids develop a ton between 10th and 11th grade, its not that much of a stretch to think this kid looks different than his sophomore year.

You make some good points but I am sure you know that for every Sean Taylor there are 5 guys that couldn't hack it for the reasons I stated. When you saw Sean in high school, he was a no doubter and showed up against everybody and took on everybody when some of his teammates couldn't/wouldn't. Perhaps Rudolph will pan out but he's not Sean Taylor.

I am just concerned that this was more of a camp offer without really thinking of some of the things I mentioned.

Appreciate the professional reply to my post… It's refreshing.

Let's keep the personal attacks on the WEZ. Attack the idea, not the poster.

If you think someone's an idiot, make him look like an idiot. Making a post just to call someone an idiot wastes space and detracts from football discussion.

I think you should make an exception for situations like this where calling somebody an idiot is really the best response.

Actually... NO! There is NEVER a reason to call someone an idiot on the sports boards of this website. Why? those are the rules of posting here. Remember rule #1: Address the post, not the poster. See examples below:

Example #1: "You're an idiot!!" (This is against the rules and WILL draw a moderator's response)

Example #2: "That's an idiotic post" (perfectly acceptable and fits within our rules structure on this website.)
