You can poke holes in anyone's resume but what Miami did chasing down Diaz after he left for Temple was unnecessary. Richt did Miami a huge favor by stepping down but they went straight for Diaz instead of allowing him to cut his teeth first at Temple. Miami knew what they were doing.
