Just because a case is dismissed doesn’t nothing happened..I don’t think it was the Arrest but the nature of why he was arrested..what kind of message are you sending your locker room if you reinstate him? How does the leadership feel about it? All that matters

Did the State drop the case because it investigated allegations and there was nothing there or is it just a case of the alleged victim not cooperating so charges were dropped but he did it ?

The girl wouldn't show for the arraignment. Likely didn't want to cooperate later. I don't think it's that uncommon. State must have decided not to pursue

Only way to find out is to do a public records request to the Miami sao for the no action memo and any waiver of prosecution signed by the victim.
