The law generally upholds employers and organizations have the right to set standards and expect employees to meet them.
Example: alcohol is legal, but you can't show up to work over BAC limit (people think its "drunk"...not true).
If an employer says drug testing for THC or whatever is a termination offense, then employee has to decide if working there is a good fit for the individual lifestyle they [employee] want to lead.
