Who comes back?

Is he even on their radar? He would have to close the year out strong and get many looks in big games, unless Emory plays in those games he doesnt get enough targets to really shot up the boards, TVD has his guy..
As much as GMs and scouts give lip service to production over all else they're as addicted to measurables as anyone else. I think Colbie will finish the year with 7 or 8 TDs and a decent amount of total yards. That combined with his measurables will have him on radars. Just my opinion.

If most these guys comeback how are we making room for this years recruiting and portal class?
The numbers always manage to work out. There are still a good number of guys on this team who will be better off seeking playing time elsewhere. And a few who think that, even if it isn't true. There's always wanted and unwanted attrition, especially in the portal age.

He is big but does he run well enough to wow scouts out of nowhere? Does he create separation, is he elite route runner, our fans tend to automatically put our players in NFL and last decade those players leave and NFL doesnt agree with their talent evaluations. I think he will jump well but not sure about his speed profile..

He will run impressive times. The raw speed is there. Every coach and GM thinks they can work with that.

We need to start throwing him deep more, making big plays in conference games will only help.. Maybe if TVD give him a 17 target game he can eat, lmaoo

Leonard Taylor Jr
- 3rd round
Jahfari Harvey R-Jr
- undrafted
Chantz Williams R-Jr
- undrafted
KJ Cloyd Jr
- undrafted
Kiko Mauigoa Jr
- 6th rounder
Kam Kinchens Jr
- 3rd rounder
James Williams Jr
- 4th rounder

Tyler Van Dyke Jr
- 6th rounder
Javion Cohen Jr
- 2nd rounder
Matt Lee Jr

Jalen Rivers R-So
- 7th rounder
Zion Nelson R-Jr

Henry Parrish Jr
- undrafted
Don Chaney R-So
- undrafted
Colbie Young Jr
- 7th rounder
Xavier Restrepo Jr

I don’t know why more than a few of these guys would leave early - only a few have a chance at top 100 picks but the agents seem to infiltrate UM more than anywhere else with terrible draft advice.

Yea, the metrics guys hate jump balls/fades but Young seems to have a real talent for it. I'm fine with when in doubt, chuck it up to Colbie.

Bring them all back unless you find a better player through the portal and/or you need space for younger recruits who project to be better. If there’s an opportunity to upgrade, do so and tell one of the non-starters to hit the portal.
As for the player’s angle, if they can make significantly more in the pros based on their projections, go for it. Otherwise come back to school and put this mother fuccin program back on the map!

I‘d be shocked if he left. He’s nowhere near ready and would be a mid to late round guy at best .

Pretty difficult to predict without seeing combine data. i would expect three OL to be the highest draft picks. Maybe JW gets into the mix or LT if he performs at the Clemson level the rest of the year. Beyond those 5, we have nfl talent but not enough good film without injury concerns. Young, X, George have all missed games. Rbs yikes. TVD could get his own thread. Kam doesn’t have the size, speed, film, and now has injury concerns. Kam is a football player with great instincts BUT his mistakes have been very costly. The one you didn’t mention that will play on Sundays: Porter.

depending on nil, I would consider staying if I was anyone on the team. No one is going day 1 as of now.

I just have the feeling that portal guys that transferred here did so to improve their NFL stock and those that did will be leaving.

agree for the most part. I think keem has to come back due to his injury.

Taylor is gone and will be a first rounder. I want Harvey back. I’d expect chantz to transfer. I’d take hunte back in a second.

I wouldn’t be shocked either way with J Williams and kitchens…could see them catching a bag to stay.

I’d take kiko and thank kloyd for his time here.

Offense. TVD is a third rounder according to mcshay. Rivers will be drafted higher…I could see fourth round as his floor. I could see Lee coming back. Parrish will get drafted 5th round and later…he can do it all. Colby I could see killing the combine and shooting up…he’s probably the guy who is the most in the gray area for me.

I fully expect X and George back…they would be dumb to declare

expect kam gone along with cohen and lee
James Williams a possibility but could see him coming back too

Quite frankly everyone else needs to come back. Don’t really get the hype with LT. Hasn’t shown to me he’s a high draft pick
