Who comes back?

Looking ahead to next year - we have a lot of draft eligible players who could be important pieces for an ACC Championship roster. I’m not sure we’re ready to call this team National Championship contenders yet, but definitely enough to win the ACC.

Who do you think should come back and who would you really want back?

think we take everyone back, culture seems great and all withstood the first purge

I think Matt lee goes pro, we'll probably have a few more leave to portal and/or pro when they shouldn't unfortunately


wouldn't lose sleep if chantz Williams or Zion left
 
Throw whatever money you have to at Lee, Cohen, and 56 and call it a day.

I’d have bet my life Jared Verse went pro last year. FSU’s pockets convinced him otherwise. We need to do the same.

Josh Pate said something in one of his off-season videos to the effect of Miami’s staff is very excited about 2023, because they know they’re going to be much improved from 2022. Well, check that box. But he said they are VERY, VERY excited about 2024. I think that’s when we’ll get our first glimpse of what this roster should be relatively permanently. We don’t have a ton of kids who can leave, but you gotta convince some of the ones who can to stay.

You know what helps with that? Winning out and showing these kids they can stay, get paid, and be part of something potentially special.

Guys I don't care or I prefer would move on (not even saying they are terrible, just need to create room):

C. Williams (I think he'll be back)
Harvey (basically I don't want both he and Williams to leave…So one of the two)
Cloyd (are we sure he has eligibility)
Parrish (don't mind him, but again we need room and have more coming in)
Nelson

Any name I didn't list…I would welcome back just not at level of top group.

Now as for my gut feeling on who is definitely gone? (No info)
Whole defensive group except Mauigoa, and Chantz Williams...I think they will be back

Whole Group except Young, George, Rivers…I think they will come back

I think there's a chance Chaney or 1 safety stays…Not betting on it, but could see it.

Other than that I think the other 13 on the list are definitely gone...
 
Colby may go. Another year would help him a lot but those freakish measurements will get him drafted early.

Is he even on their radar? He would have to close the year out strong and get many looks in big games, unless Emory plays in those games he doesnt get enough targets to really shot up the boards, TVD has his guy..
