Its simple. The positions you named aren't what South Florida produces historically. We could name you some RBs, WRs, DBs, and LBs for days.
My position has never been we HAVE to have a set amount of South Florida kids. Its about who your top targets are. This year many were in South Florida. We landed some and we missed some. In the 2012 class we did very well in hitting on our top guys. Overall I say this class was about even which isn't going to cut it when the majority of your top targets are in your backyard.
