Tell me who it is, and how do you know they'd be successful here? You can see where I'm going. People want to act like hiring a successful AD/HC is a matter of just paying the money or doing the search or some sht. I know everybody wants the solution to be simple, but it isn't. It just isn't.

But I'd love to hear your explanation as to who can get the job done and how you know that.

Honestly for me it’s simple. We used to make plays on Saturdays. Plays to win or plays to step on the other teams necks when their down. We don’t make plays (players) and we don’t put our players in enough positions to make plays routinely (coaching). We won’t recruit top 5 classes. We have to win by coaching and executing what we have. Make ******* plays!
