Duke needs to be on a team where he doesn't need to carry the whole load. If he has to it will be a short career. Philly has McCoy who has some years left. Miami has Miller who also has some time . I can't imagine they would use their number one on him and he will probably be gone when these two teams pick in the second.

Love Duke so the teams I think would be best for him:
Pats : with Brady Duke would have >100 catches
Eagles : Would tear it up in that offense
Saints : Drew would love Duke and throw to him a lot.
Love Duke way too much to want him on the Fins. Kid deserves a change to shine with a winner.

Lynch is gone from Seattle after this season. Duke would be a nice weapon for them.

Colts need a RB since bradshaw has a lot of miles on his tires and Richardson is not any good. With Luck as the focus of the offense it will take pressure away from him plus defenses wont be able to concentrate on him. Colts is the best fit for him in my view.
