What should Miami’s gameplan be on offense?

Establish the run, and utilize the quick passing game early to neutralize their pass rush. Then later start taking occasional down field shots. Saw a stat that Beck had by far the fastest average time between the snap of the ball and his throws among P4 QBs. Along with our great OL that will counter their pass rush.

One trend I liked this year for road teams in SEC, is after a second down play going into 3rd down, they go into no huddle and force no substitution.

Allows for crowd not to get into it. Hope we copy that trend

I have a strong sense any motion , movement , aligning will have more attention on him than a big breasted teacher in a special needs class. All 22 eyes will be following him. This could lead to a Lofton , CJ or JoJo big play. Or opening a big play for Pringle in run game.

I still say feed Toney but maybe less touches and more manipulation. Just something to watch.

It’s funny this week I was randomly thinking of the play against Louisville in 2020 when we motioned the wr in and Cam Harris went outside for 80 yards right where we motioned away from. Would like to see similar type stuff Saturday.

Yea they are going to bait and jump routes and sit hard on Toney as the hot throw in response to a pressure or simulated pressure.

Gruden seems to think the Aggie secondary is BBQ chicken so there might be some other matchups out there to hit.
