What should Miami’s gameplan be on offense?

B Gap all day. They have 250lb DEs. Push them wide, pull back side to hammer the LB, force the poor tackling DBs to hit Fletcher and Brown then run Pringle at them for even more bad angles. Use Toney for 15 touches including potential passes.

Slowing down there running game is the biggest key to victory. If Reed is forced to drop back and make throws, he will make mistakes.

1. Use steroids

2. Profit

Use the most pre snap motion in football history

Then run it into the a-gap with Pringle

Allow the veteran presence to be PRESENT. If Beck sees a blitz or an EASY THROW OR RUN, let him check out of a play when necessary. Other than thanlt, I wanna see the canes put up 48

Get the ball first

Run it up their *** few times

Use Mali as a decoy on a tunnel screen, with Lofton on a wheel route

Do NOT call predictable draw plays on first down. It's a waste of a down.

Use spacing. The proof is in the pudding. It's not a coincidence that the offense took off the same week we started spreading things out.

Go on the attack and play with tempo. Slowing the game down to a crawl and trying to turn it into a battle of FG range benefits Reed.

1. Capitalize on their poor red zone defense. Must score TDs when we get there. Keep using Lofton and Malachi here.
2. Quick throws to neutralize the pass rush (See Louisville).
3. Establish the run early, take advantage of their over pursuit.
4. Motion, misdirection, and screens.... They will miss tackles.
5. NO turnovers or dumbass penalties before the ball is snapped.

27-23 Miami

Don’t need a script, but let’s step into Dawson’s seat for a second. What should the Canes be doing in this matchup?
Offense still operates through the run game. Keep mixing up the looks in the backfield, dont just pound the middle, but keep getting to the edges, dont waste 1st down plays on WR screens.

As long as Mali is on the field, they have to know where he's at...so find CJ, find Alex, find RBs in the flat, make sure the defense shows respect to all of our weapons.

There are too many options for Beck and too many guys for the defense to account for.

Offense is going to be fine. I just hope to defense is ready for that same look we saw against UL. Because I guarantee thats what we're going to see. Everything is going to be fast for them.
