Agreed. Plus Florida is cheeks and have a G5 head coach, no way we’re excusing a loss to those **** bags for the rhetoric about how bad they are here…

We have had a grand total of 10 players drafted in the first 3 round in the last 10 years (2014-2024) zero of which made the Pro Bowl.

I say we have been playing right at our talent level not underachieving.

For comparison , from 1983 to 1993 we had 36 players drafted in the first 3 rounds (11 Pro Bowlers)

1994 to 2004 we had 35 drafted in the first 3 rounds (16 Pro Bowlers)

DB is worse than last year, not better. The safety from Washington is good, but not as good as Kam. We lost more than we gained. Dyoni Hill is the only CB we added and to be honest doesnt move the needle.

DT got worse. Barron and Clark vs Taylor and Hunt, I’m taking Taylor and Hunt.

WR is also getting overrated. Brown may or may not improve the room. We’ll see.

We did upgrade at QB and RB….hopefully that should be enough to win us more games, but 10 is a stretch IMO. I’d say 8 or 9 wins with this roster just being honest

Offense will be better, and by a large enough degree that the defensive regression can and will be overcome. We didn’t have a downfield passing attack for half the season last year.

You’re right. We’ve also had less than we want to admit.

People like to get in the debate of either/or but it’s both. We recruited like trash and coached like trash

We’ve got the recruiting stuff stabilized (despite a horrific 2022 class and coaching staff) now the rest has to fall in place.

Agree 100%. The offensive skill talent is very very good to elite. Ward has the best arm talent in the ACC if he can reign in the turnovers. WR's, TE's, RB's and very good OL. This is a 10 win or better roster. Lot depends on coaching. I believe Kiffin with this roster is 13-0 in the ACC, so let's see if Mario can step up to the challenge.

We just had the most expensive roster transformations in the country this off-season. With the addition to Barron, I believe we now have 5 players ranked in the preseason top 100. On paper, we have one of the 12 best rosters in the entire country. Every single position group improved this off-season besides saftey. After spending all this money, anything less than 10 wins is an absolute disappointment. Mario has no more room for incremental progress again, we need to explode this season

Hurricanes the expectations are through the roof and they should be with this roster I have their ceiling as a college football playoff team probably even could go deeper than just making in the college football playoff this is a roster that should be able to win games in the college football playoff

I think I'm buying Miami as like an ACC Championship Game participant and maybe an ACC Championship Game Winner I
just really really like this roster and it's it's really not because of the flash it's because it's been built in the right way the Mario crystal ball way
is building the offensive and defensive line inside out front to back like that is how Mario Chrystal ball builds his teams

I really like this Miami team the one weakness they have is in the secondary and I think they be able to piece it together enough I think
the ceiling for this team is certainly college football playoff appearance I think they could get to the semi-finals I really could uh if everything if they are able to come together and get out of their own way uh regular season records like this a team that could be flirting with 12 and0 I think 11- one is certainly a reasonable ceiling for them with that schedule um I think anything worse than 10 and two is a disappointment I agree I and I think the floor is nine and thre

I don't hate Mario. I hate his results. I wish to all that is good and holy that he could win, win big, and coach here until he's 95.

Results matter, just like you getting laid. You actually did it, not talked about it. Results. Losing this conference is not getting laid. It's dreaming about getting laid next year, again.
