What’s the ceiling of this 2021 recruiting class?

Personally I dont Think it will be as good as the 2020 class no matter if we win big or not but it should still be ranked #15 or so. Way too many unknowns in regards to potential recruiting outcomes.

Anyways, I saw Someone on twitter make a crazy comment saying Miami is in position to land a “monster” class. As of now I don’t see it all so I dont Agree with that. Even if we did get some luck I dont See It vaulting Miami Into A top 5 class which is where you can consider something a monster class

The way i see it with so flo as stacked as it is we have to land top 15. A top 15 class and we are signing a specialist. If we manage to be 11 or 12 n we are taking a kicker is just as good as a top 10 class.

Just get top 15 classes every year and you should be able to win the coastal and compete for a playoff spot. It’s not that hard to realize.

with that being said. Coaching matters more. We have had ****** coaches for 15 years. A bunch of scrubs who never went on to bigger and better roles after they left Miami. That is eye opening. This staff once again doesn’t have a single coach that would see a promotion to something better than where they are at. Until we have elite coordinators that eventually will be head coaches, we will end up middle of the road team. Let’s hope Lashlee is the goods cause Baker ain’t it

If we win 10/11 games & get some late flips we'll creep into the top 10 in the 7-10 range.

If we have a decent 8/9 win season we'll stay pat around 12-15.

If we have another disaster 7/6 win season we'll drop out of the top 15.

Winning will help improve our class for 21, idk how significant of an improvement but it will definitely help us a great deal. But what winning & having a good season this year will really help us is for the 22 class. If we win 10 games this year, the 22 class will have insane momentum & possibly be a top 5 type class.

One things for sure, we win big this year & we definitely flipping a big time QB.

you guys sleep on the ability of this staff to recruit. we had a 6 win season and got a loaded class better than 2018. What do you think will happen if we make it to acc title game? Double digits wins? its all about how we perform on the field.

I'll say the 15-25 range, we won't sign those borderline 5 stars we did in the past class.
Even if we get Leonard Taylor, Brinson, and Smith it’s a fringe top 15 class. I’ve already stated that this class looks top heavy

Everyone of our last 6-7 classes, except 08' was top heavy we get 4or5 legit players and the rest is low 3* or high 3* thats why our top 22 can play with anybody but our 2 or 3 deep is where clemson, wisky, etc takes advantage of us and takes our milk money!!

Can’t make a prediction on something that isn’t finished. I’m not a manny basher like some are on here (warranted). But I have to see it first. And you know kids currently committed are probably on the same boat. But the amount of talent locally has to be capitalized on this year. If not for manny’s sake at least for whatever coach takes over. Worst case scenario is he signs a top ten class and shts the bed. Nothing attracts coaches like landing on a team that already has talent. Let’s say we land a top 10 class and manny gets canned. Plenty of coaches would be begging to come here.
