Manny will deserve the heat and he’ll end up gone but the board will become unreadable if it’s left to go everywhere freely. Not sure how the owners of CIS will want to have us manage things so that the board has threads for people looking to discuss things constructively while other threads are all about how much everything sucks. It’s a real challenge. I feel like there needs to be both options available so everyone has places to go and interact in welcome ways.

That or he never had any intention of replacing Baker as DC and is only trying to replace the positions that are available. At this rate, I would be shocked if Baker wasn't at least the CO-DC next year while still calling the plays. Its been 10 days since the bowl game, Banda's departure has been announced, its already become public on 2 guys that won't be retained and he appears to be trying to fill those 3 spots. That doesn't read like someone who is trying to replace his DC.

I'd be more infuriated if they cheap out on the hires. Being Rona poor is at least understandable. Being cheap because....you're cheap, just isnt acceptable.

Unrealistically I'd just like full transparency from our AD on how much we ACTUALLY plan on competing in the current CFB landscape. I'd just like not to care if they don't.

I want you to be happy in your moping. I don’t have an answer. In my opinion, only, we will need to find a way to accommodate everyone so people can vent while others aren’t driven away by it permeating everything.

Might want to create a “ manny sucks “ main thread where whoever wants to ***** about anything Manny can go and cry...Will probably be the only thread ever with a chance of running down Gator Tears....
