That Cal defense is salty. They shut a good Pitt offense the F down. Makes Miami offensive performance look a lot better.
Good question. If * loses to Big Blue or Pedo St, and then not play in the B1G championship game...do they get into the dance? I hope not and Day gets **** canned for choking with a 20mm roster.
Both. It certainly makes losing a game like this one less painful (and therefore less "big"), but it also means that there will be more games later in the year that are now important when they wouldn't have been previously. Personally I am fine with these games being a little less important if it makes more games overall important, but that is only to a point... I think 12 is plenty for the playoff and any more will cheapen games too much.
Agree on Narduzzi. His teams consistently punch above their weight class.
Amazing what an elite QB can do for a flawed teamCU lost Travis Hunter for the entire 2nd half. I think they win if he plays. They're a lot better than I expected..
And you better watch out when Quinn the Eskimo gets here…Come on...without....
“Come all without, come all within, You’ll not see nothing but the mighty Quinn”A lot of people won’t get that “Mighty Quinn” reference. Lol!!! Well played sir.
For my money, Cam and Sanders are 1-2 in CFB. And then I see a drop off. I don’t put Milroe or Aller in their category. I admittedly have not watched Ewers play.Amazing what an elite QB can do for a flawed team
I am certainly no Deion or Colorado fan but my top 5 players to watch in CFB are probably Cam, X, Sanders, Hunter, JeantyFor my money, Cam and Sanders are 1-2 in CFB. And then I see a drop off. I don’t put Milroe or Aller in their category. I admittedly have not watched Ewers play.

Agreed. It was especially frustrating knowing **** well the top few teams were basically running an NIL program without it being legitI like the 12-team playoff.
I like the potential of rematches as it adds drama. An Ohio State-Oregon rematch in the B1G Championship only adds to the game. Yes, both likely get into the CFP but the winner gets a bye.
I never liked the 4-team CFP. For all the chatter of 12 teams ‘cheapens games’ what about the 96% of the teams whose season is essentially over by the end of October-early November.
The 12-team CFP combined with NIL and the transfer portal are bringing some parity to CFB. I was tired of 4 of the same 5-6 teams making the cut. Rarely watched a CFP or NC game.
does anyone think the playoffs will have an effect on reducing the number of draft worthy players sitting out for injury precaution? i would think so.
