We will lose to the Gators because our OL is too Young

Been saying this for weeks. I think Jonathan Greenard will fest against our young tackles. I also think well have issues you with there WR's. Blades and Carter will have to step up big time. I can't forget how Grimes use to school Blades at camps.

Their WR are all talented.

We’ll be lucky to win this game. You guys are underrating the gators. I know preseason rankings don’t matter much but they’re still a top 10 team according to the AP polls. So it would have to be a huge upset for a no ranked team to beat the #8 ranked team. But just keep getting y’all hopes up

No way man, you are way off man. We could have 12 years olds on our O line and we would be fine cause they are wearing the orange and green with the U on the helemt. The U man. Don't you now what that means? Ahahahahahaha. Some people actually have this mindest. Couldnt
We have a young, but talented offense overall, and I think we will be really good by mid October, but the offensive line is too young to achieve victory in game 1 verses the gators.

They return 8-9 starters on defense and it will be too much for our young Oline to handle. The tackles especially won’t hold up.

The team will fight hard but come up short

24-19 Gators

Very Young OL - First time starting QB - First Time Head Coach - 70% of the Stadium will be Gators

....... but I will be there - Go Canes

Yep... spot on. It will take a Herculean effort by the defense and 2-3 huge breaks to go our way to have a shot at winning this game.

Young OL, green tackles, first time starting QB as a RS freshman, a green HC, and playing in what will be pretty much an away game. Thats too much to overcome and odds at winning are less than 8%

What were odds then?

Well everyone hopes that. Like you have to uptick a rational take at the end just to appease the male cheerleaders in here.

You seem to be thinking a lot about male cheerleaders.

For those who are reaaaaally nervous, this is a good unbiased overview.

Ignoring that it has Martell as QB (is from June) and pencils in Butler at tackle*, it describes how difficult it is defend Enos's offense and highlights how little experience UF has on the OL.

"Enos’s system is hard to stop because of the way he mixes in the lead draw and some old-school, smash-mouth run schemes as a way to attack teams with play-action concepts. Those sorts of run/pass conflicts are tricky enough, but college defenses don’t see them as much as they used to with all of the attached motions and actions that Enos utilizes."

On UFs OL:
"Only one of the Gators O-linemen on the field for that play [ against UGA] will take the field for Florida against Miami: senior Nick Buchanan, who held things down at center. Buchanan was solid in 2018 and will now be counted on to direct the fresh recruits to his right and left — against one of the best and most experienced pass rushes in the country."

(god**** that missed eval hurts- if he'd been what we thought, we'd be feeling pretty good right now)

Early line had FSU as 12 pt favorites in 2017, coming off a 10-3 season in 2016. How did that work out?
That was a Golden Nugget casino “Game of the Year” pointspread from May 2017. By the time the game rolled around and Francois was known to be out, we were favored.

That sort of **** thoughts are never spoken out loud. When you have them, you immediately go to the woodshed and beat the crap out of yourself. We beat the gator with Al Golden as our coach. — think about that for a while, then go bavk to the woodshed.

Well,, there is certainly no sense in even playing the game since this is your feeling on our team. On to week 1 we go, as week 0 is not necessary.

UF is in the same situation .. and maybe worse on the OL .. and they will have a rough time matched up against UM's defensive line. Franks will be pressured and there's a good chance he turns it over under pressure. The OL that makes the fewest mistakes gives its QB the best chance. My money is on UM.
