Their plan to get Golden fired has failed. Now they want to burn the whole place down.
Wouldnt it be better if the U, and AG, pulled in a top ten class?
If indeed he cant coach his way out of a paper bag he would fail to win with another good class and his (prompt) exit would be more guaranteed. The U, ultimately, would be far better off with this scenario and you deprive the staff of having excuses to fall back upon. You dont need to destroy the village to save it, a strategy that has failed elsewhere in history. It is also much easier to turn the tap off than it is to subsequently retstart it in the marketing world.
Stay away from the kids on twitter and facebook.
You guys are idiots. Al Golden just went 6-7 and did not get fired. What makes you think that you as a none supportive ****head fan could impact the coaching decision? When has that ever worked? Al will decide his fate, not you!
You guys are not fans. You are ********.
dk72 is really trying his hardest on here lol......
I hate the new thumbs up thumbs down system, however it does expose the obvious trolls/non-Canes fans such as dk, incanefan, etc.

Just using it for what it's for. Stating agreement or disagreement. As for non-Canes fan, that would be you, who is actively pushing to destroy everything just so you can say "I told you so." I've been a fan for over 30 years, and I'm an alumnus as well. Been a 'Cane most of my life, and won't do anything to try to destroy it just because I'm having an angry ****y fit. Should Golden go? Sure. I have no problem with firing him now, and if he stays, he should be on a very short leash. That's got nothing to do with fans acting like rabid idiots and representing the fan base to recruits and their parents in such a juvenile, pathetic, and ridiculous way.

That warm **** in your mouth is a ****, not a Cuban. Stop smoking it. Once there is an empty stadium the admin's hand will be forced.
Before that happens we'll keep up the good fight.
DK we have 2 commits out of 16 top national prospects from SFLa. TWO. You think the fans are to blame? TWO.
There is no confusion like the confusion of a simple mind.I love the new illogical and contradictory mantra from the UM shills.
In one labored mouth breath, they tell us the fans have no impact, so we might as well give up and quit voicing our displeasure. Then, in their next mouth breath, they beg us to stop complaining because people do listen, and we're killing recruiting.
LULZ at these dopey hypocrites.

Never said they are the only problem. There are many problems, but the fan behavior most certainly is also one of them, and doesn't help in any way whatsoever. We even have the parent of a top recruit on here who said so himself, as well as now the uncle of another recruit (one we missed on) who is also a top former player. Like I said before, I have no problem with firing Golden, and given the situation, that is likely for the best. Even if he does stay, it should be with a clear caveat that he is sitting on the hottest of hot seats. That has nothing to do with fans behaving like classless, rabid morons and going so far as to badmouth not only the program to recruits (hurting the program in the future no matter who is the coach), but badmouthing any current player, ex player, recruit, parent of a recruit, or fan who doesn't agree with them.
Al Golden and Blake James do not come to Taco Bell and order you how to do YOUR job,
so you fake Canes fans,
please let our athletics people do their jobs!
go cheer for Oregon you bandwagoners. you jumped on the Canes wagon and now you want off.

Exactly. The whole idea of destroying the program entirely, which seems to be their aim, it short-sighted, and for the most part based on their false feelings of self-importance. You have some of them now saying that their view trumps that of Michael Irvin.
Stupid argument. I didn't know Michael Irvin's word was the gospel. What about all of the other former players who don't agree with Irvin? PBuch, Joaquin, Sapp, etc. How dare they try to "trump" the views of Michael Irvin!

Bahahahahahahahahahaha.
Guess you'd have no problem with "our athletics people" shutting the program down UAB-style in the next two years. Because that's exactly the direction this program is headed if they're allowed to continue driving UM football off a cliff with their apathy and ineptitude.
They don't care. We still do. The discontent is not going to stop.

what on god's earth makes you actually believe something like that would happen to Miami football?
what credentials do you have to criticize the AD?

* Communicating with recruits is out of order. We vent on here but I think fans know that.
* Clear caveat; hotseat: I get your logic but Admin has told the world this is his 1st year. Get it? There is no hotseat. Therein lies the bulk of the problem.
* Hurting the program: You're right. But, you have to agree that a new staff will get a significant bump in recruiting. Watch FL and MI.
