Agreed. It would be great to have Stevenson back next year. He would give us an experienced veteran starter at what has otherwise been a very weak position. I think there's a decent chance he comes back.

Rooster was looking a lot like what some folks on here claim Harris did. Again, if holes aren't there, even with everyone spread out, its hard for anyone to gain yardage. Most of Franklin’s yards came at the very end of the game when VT was gassed, or we may have been around 1 ypc. Can't win games like this.

The O-line pass protected incredibly well, but they have a long way to go on run blocking, still.

I think getting Rivers and Campbell back next year helps the line. It's slowly getting better, now that Clark is at center we don't see guys coming free inside all day.

Rooster runs hard and is electric but on short yardage he's just too light right now. Deploy the thunder (Thad) and lightning (Rooster) package. 1st down and 2nd and long belong to Rooster and then 2nd and short and 3rd and short belong to Thad.

Thad falls forward through contact and that's all we need from him, pick up those 1st downs and keep the chains moving. Maybe award him the 1st down from time to time to keep the tempo and reward him for picking up those critical drive sustaining 1st downs.
