I wouldn't mind an old school Sebastian on the helmet for some games. But, he has to have the pipe and bandage or forget it.
 
Went to the bookstore today and *****ed that not one t-shirt or hat with Sebastian on it was authentic. He's smokeless, which I think is the point..the pussies.
 
we need to get rid of those clown shoes mane... we look like pzzy *** golden out there on the field..

Are those fancy new Bama uniforms the secret to their recruiting power? I'd go back to what we were wearing while destroying all those Criminole dreams. It would give them nightmares. Everyone is trying to be Oregon -- if we had their record of STILL never winning a NC, our fans would be having the same fit we are now. After the VT game I never want to see any "smoke" gear. THE SMOKE is for running through not playing in.

I think you're missing the point of uniform changes, but you're entitled to your opinion.

Since when has Miami ever been like traditional powers? When have we ever wanted to compare ourselves to the way they looked or acted? The fact that Bama is traditional is why I want every combo that can be engineered from our colors along with the smoke. Anybody mentioning traditional stuff forgets how we made our name.

I didn't follow the thread after a couple posts in, so I am just now seeing this comment. As some fellow posters have already mentioned, is not like Alabama, or Notre Dame, or USC or so many other schools that were at the forefront of college football. In fact, what made Miami what we all love, is that we went in direct opposition to the style and conformity of play as those schools.

Somewhere along the years, we forgot that Miami was the team everyone hated, not because we tried to break in with the big boys, but because we forced our way in, and did so the Miami way. We have always been different from the tradition powers, and I think with the new uniforms, we will get that sense of that once more.

Because the last time we were good, we wore black socks and cleats. And its just looks badass!
 
Because black socks are popular with Canadians wearing speedos on the beach, eh?
