UM trustees discuss Golden

They feel all this hatred and unrest halfway through the season. They feel it enough to start disseminating propaganda to beat everyone down and try to make the "Fire Folden" movement seem useless so we will stop.

This is politics 101. Problem is they showed their hand too early to the smart people who can see through what they're doing. They're scared and trying to protect whatever revenue they can salvage for the remainder of this season.

They also hate being embarrassed publicly and hope they can snuff the movement by making the movement seem hopeless.

This is exactly what they are doing. They figured that they could take the steam out of the "Fire Folden" and "Hire Butch" movements with an article like that. They hope to discourage people from illuminating the issues so they don't have to act on them.

Whoever devised this plan is a politician and a scumbag. Keep fighting the politicians and scumbags at UM.

LOL@the excuse that Shalala doesn't want to saddle a new president of the University with a coach. She has already saddled the next president of the University with this loser until 2019.

Shalala and the decision makers fell for the banana in the tailpipe with this shyster and extended him for an unreasonable length of time. She ***ked up and doesn't want to admit that she ***ked up again like she did with Shannvo and Cedars Medical Center.

We're dealing with incompetent morons here. Don't put it past them to bring this abomination of a coaching staff back next season.

In all honesty we should organize some sort of protest outside the gates on gameday. Tell everyone you know not to buy tickets and simply show up to tailgate and then protest. Don't even bother attending the actual game.

We need to find any way possible to bring public embarrassment their way.

If you're too stupid to know that the impact financially and perception wise to even this administration of there only being 5-10k actual butts in seats vs 25-30 k showing up(as bad as that is), then I can't help you, but trust me they will notice that way more than a plane. Yes those tickets are sold but it is an indicator if what may come for next seasons tickets and donations.

The product on the field is what is damaging and hurting recruiting. To think a DC replacement will fix the issues we have is just clueless.

This is the same guy (bacane) who also believes they should keep Coley so as not to stunt the growth of Kaaya... (as if he has anything to do with his development) and that Coley is the reason we got several important recruits. See how many recruits even give us the time of day after Coley, No-D and Golden give us a 5-7 record at the end of the season. Clowns.

Coley is in his 2nd year I'd give him another year but he is responsible for a good number of recruits

Well that was a kick to the nuts. Not really that surprising though. We were hanging our hat on the buyout figure being reasonable but it looks like that indeed will be an issue. And I always said there is no way Donna is going to fire him before she leaves. The BOT will have to step in, and it does not appear that they are all on the same page in that regard. We shall see.
 
theres still 6 games left. ALOT can & will change after that. but as of now we hafta hope the players turn on Albatraz & we lose as many as possible. ppl hafta stop going to games & spending $. Hit them where it hurts.
 
Plain and simple, we need to do a no show at the Cincy game. Donors and Boosters need to demand a new coach now or the university will never see another red-cent. They also need to dictate who they want their next coach to be and it better be either Butch, Mark, Narduzzi, or Kirby. That's it!

Spent all of my life bleeding orange and green just to be here and contemplate off theres even a ******* reason to be a fan anymore. This is a joke. I honestly hope most of these ******s fall down some stairs for being so inept
 
Hey, don't be a clown and throw out some nonsense about Coley that was never said or assume you're remotely capable of reading someone's mind (FYI, not a Golden fan). Far from it. Your brilliance is fully displayed by the belief that loudly airing the program's dirty laundry won't impact recruiting. So we'll just publicly trash the coach to the point that the school will write-off the remaining 5+ years of his contract. Not privvy to terms of the buyout, but last I read he was making about $2.2 million a year - middle of the ACC pack. So lots a luck with that scenario, pal.

And this latest brainstorm that we also show Coley the door. ****, let's fire them all - Golden, No-D, Coley, Blake James, Swasey, the trainers, the new SID, orthopedic surgeon, the cheerleaders and band. And who needs a bunch of fat-cat board of trustees - dismantle the sucker. While we're at it, let's hire a band of lawyers to get out of the stadium contract . . . or blow the place up.

Hey, here's to cleaning up the mess. Just prefer civility and calm, rational thinking to self-appointed knuckleheads **** bent on burning the program to the ground. Just boycott/stay away from the games, leave them with even more empty seats, hit them on ticket renewals.
