These guys need to ******* swing on the 3-2 counts. Just watching the ball go by.
 
I hope our offense isn't going to be anemic again this year.

I haven't been impressed by a single at bat thus far and we really look to be devoid of power. The approach has been poor as well, as stated above.

Hope it's first game jitters.

Some of our 3-1 and 2-0 cuts are simply inexcusable. Comes down to mindset and coaching if u ask me.

way way way too many backward K's on fastballs that are pretty much right there.

I know it's game 1, but our approaches are awful.

wtf Michael Broad, first pitch of the inning on the black and at your knees and you roll over like that. come on.

I sure as heck didn't.
Not much talent on the UM squad of late, and unless 1 or more of these freshmen surprises, I don't see
much hitting again.
God bless them because they are Canes and try their hardest, but when you have folks like Mack abd Broad batting
in the middle of your lineup, you have issues.

My alma mater is the team that knocked Miami out last year (Missouri State), and they are far more talented than Miami.

That's inexcusable.

A northern school that's been outside three times all year should be meat.

I don't disagree.
Morris has been pretty much stealing checks for awhile.
I really wish he would consider retiring soon.
