I think he would be an absolute home run here. He is my favorite portal qb personally. He carries that offense and I know Ryan Williams had a bunch of drops this season. This is a better Beck situation (no arm injury) No brainer imo

You put Simpson in this offense with just a couple offensive additions and you’re looking at a REALLY good offense in the 2026 season.

Remember this guy had ZERO run game at Bama. Absolutely a “one hand tied behind their back” offense.

We’ll have Fletcher (well hopefully), Pringle and Brown.

I’m on the record for wanting Sorsby first but I’d be very happy if we end up with Simpson as the result
