Yeah I’m done commenting for at least the next few weeks. Lol
But we wouldn’t play a much faster more athletic Skinner at all. If u need separation play a player that can get it.View attachment 208668
10 targets.
I remember 3 drops. Someone said 6 but I don't think that is anything but embellishment. I would say I'd go back and watch the game to count but I'd be lying. How many drops were there today? I'm sincerely asking. Obviously, the Smith drop at the end sealed it. Is there anywhere I can find this stat?
Ha. I'm trying to go through all the incompletions. I'm sure I missed something. In the next few days, I'll find em and update.I remember 3 drops. Someone said 6 but I don't think that is anything but embellishment. I would say I'd go back and watch the game to count but I'd be lying.
It’s back to Richt’s run, run, pass, punt offenseThis system is archaic and needs to go back to the B1G 10. It doesnt help with the crappy WRs and the inaccuracy of TVD
I hate to ask this, but what about Matocha?Garcia could be better. We just don’t know how well he can read defenses and work through his progressions.
But his release is faster and he’s a certified gunslinger. He will take chances and not second guess himself, which could lead to a few more turnovers, but I’d be willing to take the risk if TVD struggles next week heading into our bye.
Doesn’t have the arm strength. There is a reason Brown already passed him on the depth chart.I hate to ask this, but what about Matocha?
He stares down receivers, which leads coverage to his targets. He doesn't throw receivers open. Mario will not pull him but I hope he doesn't come back next seasonyou guys sound nuts. I made a comment about Garcia but lets be real. there were eat least 6 bad drops. the Parrish drop was a td, brashard keeps us alive. there was a timing issue but our wrs cant get open, run slow and bad routes, and made drops. cant blame it all on him especially 2nd half
I Def think you could see last night there is a lot of work to still be done. I know many are angry cause we could of won that game minus the miscues. But I was kinda encouraged to see our offense could dominate an SEC opponent on the line of scrimmage. I think Mario will be alright in the long term but he said day 1 in press conference it will take some time to build. Culture is changing and the players have some fight to them.. I think the passing game will catch up and become more balance..just not this year...
You brought no content at all, were talking football and you're giving lecture, which by the way,, is all over the placeYou first-level thinkers are always so tiresome. There should be a high-IQ premium board here so more cogent men can avoid you knuckle-draggers who lack the cognitive ability to think in terms of things beyond your binary comfort-box. I understand this is genetic, poor genes passed down from limited bloodlines. However, at least try and understand many things can be true at once, and even more importantly many things are the result of many other things. This is not like your morning decision on whether to continue to lay in your fecal-soiled sheets or rise up and wash yourself.
TVD has not thrown the ball well on deep and crossing routes. The second issue is clearly lack of speed at WR. Thirdly Gattis play calling wasn't strategic. Next, Mallory is a JAG.Hard to overcome incredibly poor QB play and soft WRs in the red zone.
He was bad against Southern Miss and he was bad tonight.
Right now TVD is the problem for this offense.
I thought Mallory played well. I think we have to feature him more downfield. He’s not a jag..a jag plusTVD has not thrown the ball well on deep and crossing routes. The second issue is clearly lack of speed at WR. Thirdly Gattis play calling wasn't strategic. Next, Mallory is a JAG.
