The one thing I took from the report is this

"The tutor has received a 10-year show-cause order from the NCAA, and any school employing the tutor is to restrict her from athletic-related duties. "

So coaches can cheat, give money, take money, bribe and they will get a max 2 year show clause.

A Tutor does everything she can to help a kid graduate and she gets a 10 year show clause.

But UNC can make fake courses over a 20 year period and nothing happens.
