Listen- everyone should shut up til facts come out...... he may in fact be innocent, mistaken for someone else, etc.

That said, it is also a fallacy that there are many false sexual assault allegations- its in the low single digits percentage wise in general. May not be Treon, but unlikely if there is a true report that it will turn out to be something that the alleged female victim is in fact the perpetrator of false accusations.

Read some Heard interesting stuff with that and Treon's involvement and this coming to light over the last week or so also. I had never heard of this incident before, but maybe someone from Miami, may have.

Sounds like it will come down to a he said vs she said an those cases are hard to prove when the legal system wants a certain outcome. I feel for the young man and his family as well as the young lady involved.

Give Florida credit for suspending him during the investigation FSU did no investigation of Winston.

The American way is innocent until proven guilty, many schools have policies that don't allow a player that has been charge with a crime to play, but suspending a person before they have been charged is just wrong.
