Any clue on why Manny hasn't replaced him? He's not a very good recruiter and was originally supposed to be the chief of staff. I think our D-Line Coaching job could attract some real high level coaches. Should we just settle with Stroud?

I read Savion Collins is expected to flip to Florida. He said he rarely talks to Stroud so it made me think why didn't Manny replace him yet? I thought his job was just temporary

Sometimes in life you just gotta leave **** the way it is. Stroud is doing a pretty good job. No team has a perfect staff.

I'd take KP over Stroud in a second!

Beta Manny just wants a bunch of yes men, and can't handle an alpha like KP under him.

Stroud only landed Chantz b/c all the $EC teams backed off once they found out that he was a bit light in the loafers.

Like OP said, he was hired to be the Cheif of Staff (Ed Reed's job now that he doesn't have to report to lol), and was promoted when Simpson (who saw the writing on the wall with Mandy taking over as HC) got the **** outta dodge.

This statement is false and merely an excuse for losing the recruiting battle to Miami.

Premature to call for Stroud's job or crown him. Recruiting is where it should be. Let's see how the young guys develop this year and next.

We could definitely do better, but he’s about 9th on the list of coaches I’d be looking to fire right now.
