I put up with it for like 6 months. I'd sometimes have to lay down on the floor of my office like I was Larry Bird at the end of his career. When you find the root cause, it feels like a second chance at life, ha. Mind you, throughout the process, I continued to workout and even felt great when I was warm, in the gym, or playing a sport. But, if I sat down, or stood in one place too long, I felt like maybe I was 190 years old. Seriously, explore alternative explanations for the root of your issue and maybe you'll luck out.
