Yeah and a good acu (not a PT with "dry needling") will figure it out for you. Hams, ab/adductors and even quads can pull through to the groin and into the low back

Yessir. It’s why I rarely recommend a supplement to fix something until everything is addressed first. But anandamide is actually pretty awesome much better than that CBD bull****

Between him and Kam this is the most leadership we’ve had on defense since our glory days. We know busts can happen especially in big games, but this dude is a man. He’s another coach on the field and when things get tight, people can lean on him.

We're derailing your own thread here, but I'll offer yet another alternative explanation: after years into deads and squats, and then at one point feeling like my lower back was in a consistent knot, I went to a PT. Found out it wasn't actually my lower back at all nor the squat/deadlift form, but instead something with my "pelvic tilt," which likely happened from being a "corporate, sit at my desk monkey" (at the time). Some exercises and reducing the time sitting at a desk changed the whole situation in less than 6 weeks. Now into my 40s and can still dead and squat without lower back issues. /Crosses fingers, sign of the cross, knock on wood, etc.

Yeah that’s kinda the same family of potential issues since us sitting for so long creates issues. I started switching to dumbbell stiff legged deadlifts and realized how poor my flexibility in my hips was. I address my hams and then my hip flexors create issues

There’s a lot of ingredients we use nowadays that have benefits far beyond stimulants. Citrulline for example is a mainstay in preworkouts and people use it for pump but there’s plenty of data that shows it helps with gut health and overall blood pressure and health markers

That's the stuff in watermelon. Good for increased blood flow downstairs as well apparently.

I put up with it for like 6 months. I'd sometimes have to lay down on the floor of my office like I was Larry Bird at the end of his career. When you find the root cause, it feels like a second chance at life, ha. Mind you, throughout the process, I continued to workout and even felt great when I was warm, in the gym, or playing a sport. But, if I sat down, or stood in one place too long, I felt like maybe I was 190 years old. Seriously, explore alternative explanations for the root of your issue and maybe you'll luck out. If you've already been told it's a "pelvic tilt"/"sitting" cause, DM me and i'll send you some of the PT exercises I did daily. 6 weeks and voila!

Yessir. Problem with watermelon is you’d have to eat like 50 of em to get the Citrulline with the studies behind it. So like any supplement, a lot is diet based and context is everything, but it’s a pretty fascinating space if you cut through the marketing bull****

Pelvic tilt can be either anterior or posterior. Tight hamstrings can cause the posterior kind. When I herniated my L4-L5, it was because of a degenerative L5-S1 and I was using all my strength to pull a heater hose off a car. It was almost there, I just needed to pull a little harder. The hose won when my disc went.
