Homer is the best because he hasn't played yet and given the vultures disguised as UM fans a chance to pick his bones clean.
If our backs reach elite status, we dont lose this year. I dont see elite from last year, but I cant judge anybody under last regime. Homer is my favorite RB on team followed by Yearby. Very interested to see Yearby after transforming his body.
Lol elite backs are avg when they run behind tubs of lard! I am pretty sure its still consider a team sport.
Barry Sanders became a HOF running back playing for the LIONS. Worst line in history.
He happens to be one of the greatest of all time at making people miss. Only three or four other men who have walked this earth compare.
Right there with him is Sayers, Faulk and OJ.
Walter Payton!???!
Eric ****erson??!!
Jim Brown!??!
And truth be told, Bo Jackson would've been the greatest had not the freak hip accident.
L-O-L
We don't have any.
Too true, wake me up in 2017.
you both need to go into therapy and deal with that ****. Pessimistic for ever living and waiting on the worst a$$ muthafuggas
hope you both end up eating your words

My comment was that BS was one of the all-time greats at making people miss.
I was a big Ram fan, I wouldn't put ****erson or Brown on that list.
I loved Bo Jackson. All time great. Power AND speed. He didn't give a flock, just ran you over.
Payton, yes. HE made guys miss.

Maybe he has a different definition of elite. To me, an elite RB is basically a game changer who can win individual battles in the 3-4 critical games in a season where there's relatively equal talent on the field.
I think we have 3 of those guys on offense.
I think we have up to 7 of those guys on defense.

Agreed. Sanders was probably the best ever at that, maybe along with Sayers and Payton. ****erson, Brown, and Bo were a different type of RB.
Dalvin Cook sucks.
Lets be cool for a moment as Dalvin is the league standard at rb...Just hoping Shaq gets one clean hit on him..
Or Jamal Carter he has shown he can deliver big hits. Even made cook fumble in the 4th last year and hurt his shoulder that's been nagging cook this offseason.
McCloud is our hardest hitter i think
Lets clear something up here...lol
Walton is not young. He reclassified because he should have been in that class, and if he did not would not have played a full year the next yr. He was in the process of using 5 yrs to finish high school until he put it in gear in the classroom. Do not remember it exactly, but I believe that was the reason for the reclassification.
Dwins, how exactly is McCloud the hardest hitter? I have never even seen the kid play a college game. However, the previous guys mentioned have shown us that they can hit. Not trying to pick on you or McCloud but that one kinda came from left field.
Please lets not compare Gus to Eddie George, Gus is NOT Eddie George. He will not even have the opportunity to put up Eddie George numbers. I like Gus, I think he will do much better then the SoFla nut huggers on these boards. But I also think he still has a lot to prove, and he does seem to get smashed by MLB's lol
It's a matter of definition.Lol at someone saying elder elite, some of yall throw that word around like it nothing

To me, if you can win 1 on 1 battles against top competition, you're at that level. It probably means you'll be playing on Sundays.
Elite doesn't mean best player in the conference or nation, I think. That's an entirely separate level for guys like Cook and Watson. I think we only have 1 guy at that level.
To me if you make big time plays in big games your elite and corn does that. Yall get caught up in weight room numbers and 40 yard dashes but some kids just do it in the game. Elder does that. If im looking for a big play in a game Elder and Kaaya are my top two guys. That's what makes them elite to me.It's a matter of definition.Lol at someone saying elder elite, some of yall throw that word around like it nothing
