Who knows if that quote is even accurate to what’s happened. It sounds like the quote of a K-8 kid who’s played way too many video games and lives on social media. ‘Yeah, yeah, it’s just that I wasn’t focused before, but see what happens when I do my homework, teach?’

I couldn’t tell you how many kids we work with in schools who live in their own little fantasy worlds. If they don’t have a strong role model to whom they give consistent respect, this is how kids think. I bet he did a TikTok dance immediately after providing that quote.

That statement is the program as whole, taking short cuts and doing the bare minimum to field a quality football team. This school only cares about cashing those fat ACC checks. Winning starts from the administration to the AD. Wins are irrelevant. 12-0 or 0-12 record = the same cash flow from the ACC.
