This quote sums up this team and staff

This entire team doesn’t respect or fear Mandy
THIS and no more needs to be said. A good coach tosses Amari Carter off the team altogether or puts his a&& so deep on the bench he’d wish he was off the team.

You simply do not allow repetitive stupidity like that because it’s either ignorance or intentional. Either one doesn’t look good on the coaches.

Manny is not the guy to take us to the promised land. Period. Our best hope is that he can get us to consistent 9-10 win seasons and load up our talent so that the next coach (hopefully a good one) can take us that last mile and not have to start all over from scratch again. We cannot afford that again.

Bruh, Manny should convince Wiggins & Pope to move on after this season. They can transfer anywhere they want to next year and not have to sit. Let them go. Let's focus on Redding, Daz, X, Key and the freshman coming in.

Harley is a senior so his dumbass can graduate to Autozone manager.

**** these ***** *** ******

One of the Freshmen WR's snapped on Harley for that public comment, basically telling him "Keep my name out of your mouth, don't throw all of us under the bus cause yall are lazy etc etc etc." Something along those lines.

I heard Pope and Wiggins are able to get away with a lot more BS because they're Cooney's boys. Don't know how true that is but it's believable.

There's clearly a culture of complacency at Miami and I've been saying it for years. When you celebrate in the locker room after squeeking out a win versus Western Kentucky (or whoever it was)...and you got guys dancing on the sidelines during losses to GT and FIU...there's cultural problems. You're doing nothing more than breeding complacency and mediocrity.

I mean, think about this for a second.
A fvckin' player from Buffalo came here and was our hardest worker and our best WR.
How bad is that?

Starts at the top fellas.

I told you guys, that Air Force WR coach should be fired.

Dee and Harley were better last year than this year. The regression was inexplicable and now we know why.

No different with Richt Jr and the QB room.

If your guys aren't working hard because you let them; thats on you.

Agree.

KJ came in and worked hard. Led by example. The fact that the receivers didn’t follow him speaks volumes. On them and the staff. They put in the bare minimum because the staff allows it. Lisp n slide is just happy to be here. Players are not being held accountable by the coaches who are not being held accountable by the administration.

That’s crazy he actually put that quote out in the public. If I’m the coach he not gonna like next practice I’m making an example out of him

Good if I was that player I might’ve punched him in his face. Speak for yourself on that type of stuff. You wildin.

Htf are you a Sr., coming off one of the worst seasons in the program’s history, has underperformed up to this point, but you’re doing the bare minimum LOL Gtfo my program son LOL I hope this not the culture he keeps talking about creating here.

I'm going to give the benefit of the doubt to the other WRs because no man should be allowed to speak for another but why the **** did Harley even come to Miami to play? He could have half-assed it at Rice University and still accomplished his goals.

If I'm coach and I hear this kind of **** get said, this dude would never touch a football again at my program and I'd find every means necessary to revoke a scholly. No Balls Manny is going to leave him at WR1. Un****ingbelievable. Just declare, Harley. No business being here.
Harley is just telling the truth. He is a product of the environment that Manny Diaz is responsible for creating. Diaz should kick his own ***.

Players not being held accountable by coaches. Coaches not being held accountable by AD. Just a “do as you want” culture.. If the administration was serious about turning this thing around they would of hired Highsmith. Him as AD would have Manny explain after every game what happened here and what happened there. Blake just pat him on the back and say “your doing a good job keeping heat off our asses for now”
