I am literally hour to hour on this. Today was a little more cynical. I do not think we are making it unfortunately.
Well, well.... conference supporting the Canes
This is pretty much where I am although i need to see how all this movement shakes up the game. Not optimistic at all.I am literally hour to hour on this. Today was a little more cynical. I do not think we are making it unfortunately.
The damage has been done.Have you noticed the last two games have been a little different?
Hate watching?Notre Dame (and a lot of the CFB world) believes they’re responsible for all the ratings for our game with them that night. I’ve seen dozens and dozens of comments about this over the season.
And obviously, yes, they are a huge ratings draw with the big games. But so are we, as shown by the rest of our games. It just amazes me how no one gives us any credit for anything.
Another reason why I would caution about dropping them from the schedule though (I talked about this somewhere earlier tonight).. ratings $$$ We aren’t going to have many good games and hardly any exciting teams / rivals over the few years. FSU is it, and they suck. What is everyone supposed to get excited for, and tune in for?
USF was around 18 when we beat themNecessary when ESPN is putting out![]()

View attachment 343223Zero mention of our win over ND or Alabama’s and Texas’s losses to our Tallahassee little brother and Gainesville nephew. USF wasn’t ranked in the top 25 when we beat them so it doesn’t really matter. Not to mention the fact that USC winning over Oregon should be irrelevant, and actually beneficial, to us considering the fact that ND beat USC.
Why does Duke have to lose? Im confused with that part. They already have 2 losses. They would win the tie breaker with us ?Pretty much correct. Pitt has to beat Ga Tech, and Duke has to lose to one of Wake or UNC, and SMU has to lose to one of Cal or Louisville.
OPs analysis is pretty much right
Yeah they aren't calling the penalties the same way like before. IF the conference only called it fair from the beginning we wouldn't be in this mess.Have you noticed the last two games have been a little different?

On3 projects is at 14 tonight![]()
Is Mizzou's QB back for that game?14 most likely, 13 at absolute best (if we jump Vandy)
Need some help. We are MASSIVE Missouri fans this weekend. They play in Norman at noon.
Is Mizzou's QB back for that game?
Duke does not have to lose. But Duke winning both is the worst outcome that doesn't knock us out completely.Pretty much correct. Pitt has to beat Ga Tech, and Duke has to lose to one of Wake or UNC, and SMU has to lose to one of Cal or Louisville.

…if Texas and Ole Miss lose tonight, we have a shot to leapfrog at least one of them, and perhaps both of them. I hate having to root for the Gaytah, but it is what it is.
