We'll never be able to lock down all of the blue chippers, but we'll always get our share. The talent level in SoFLA is that rich and deep.

The issue is that the last three hires have been abysmal.

The right coach needs to not only develop talent, but utilize it properly. Sadly, the current regime doesn't do either.

And having the balls to sacrifice perception in other areas.
