We have done that way to much this year and it’s infuriatingAnyone gonna tell our DBs on the scramble ball to stay with the WRs so we dont get burned like we have a few times

I didn’t notice any inconsistency last night. He was lethally accurate all game.
My gut feeling is that we need to play a lot of zone and make him dink and dunk down the field (stop the run first of course). Even moreso if OJ and Brown are out injured. Trying to man up Stribling and Co is a recipe for giving up long TDs, IMO. Hopefully he's inaccurate and/or gets impatient and turns the ball over or takes sacks from holding the ball too long.View attachment 349690
He can definitely be streaky with his accuracy.
Heatherman needs to study the tape and see what these defenses did to keep him below 60% accuracy.
Strange choice to post that in this thread.Cj Bailey announced hes not leaving Nc state. Strange choice
I respect it. They’re certainly here for a reasonI gotta disagree. Ole Miss WRs are more sound and bigger bodies. Along with A&M lack of run game. Trinidad gets rid of that ball quick too

Yes.Is this a good game for the shifty Pringle or keep pounding the rock with Fletch and heavier dose of Marty Mar?
I just know he’s over 70% with no interceptions through two games in the playoffs. That’s pretty good. I’d expect his numbers earlier in the year to be worse given that this is his first year playing big time football.View attachment 349690

This X 100.
The running game needs to be gaining at least yards a lot.
But even that I don’t think is enough.
It’s difficult to just 4 to 6 yards your way down the field over and over again against any defense.
The passing game needs to create explosives. Not necessarily bombs down the field.
But more like the over the middle passes to Daniels and Toney against FSU. 8 to 11 yard passes into space, so those guys could add another 25 to 35 yards in YAC.
Running a service academy offense against Ole Miss sounds good in theory. But it’s very difficult in execution. And if we don’t execute it to perfection, it’s putting a lot of pressure on our defense against maybe the best offense in CFB.
They seem focused on everything but Miami TBH.What a ridiculous situation at Ole Miss. I'd feel bad for the kids, but we are on a mission from God to win number 6 so IDGAF
