The allure of coaching up elite talent and learning under Saban is huge but it's also pretty well established that you are coming in and learning the Bama offensive structure and terminology. Coaching is a lot about ego and that doesn't appeal to everyone. Some guys are set on their ideas.

No doubt Saban’s established systems and rep can make even a mediocre coach look good.
