I think this is a great start to where Mario is headed.

Arroyo: Comfort level, previous relationship, Mario-approved results.

Chud: resurrecting a Cane’s career? Sounds like another feather in Mario’s cap and would be the feel good story of the offseason.

Martin: Unreal recruiter who would get so much talent his O would have to succeed. Natural fit with Mario’s skills.

Greg Roman: if Mario wants to build an O around Brown, can’t think of a better fit. Guy did wonders with Kap and Lamar.

Was the youngest offensive coordinator in the country for Lane Kiffin at FAU. We all like Lane's system of spread power run offense...as does Mario.

Was offensive coordinator for Jeff Scott at USF.

And is currently back with Lane Kiffin at Ole Miss as Co-Oc.

So he has multiple years recruiting in the state of Florida. Experience with a power spread offense. History with Mario.

I'd be down with hiring Weiss after reading his background and if we miss on others. Ticks off a lot of wants.

Beyond my general distaste for all things Weiss, this would be a very solid hire.
