imagine you want to work for a company, the hiring manager likes you, you like him. Then HR messes up your offer, title, salary and bonus. Then sends you an email with what they offered another guy and it’s higher and so is the bonus. That is kind of a very very PC way of putting this into a public forum.

HR in this case is a coke fueled midget. I honesty feel bad for him. He needs professional help. Mario is a POS and should send him on the Cochran route like Saban did.

Anywhooo. I think I’m going to go the the franchise route and just laugh and not post. **** is exhausting

This isn’t an excuse. The blame is on Miami. It’s the staff’s job to win games and win recruiting battles.

I just don’t blame the recruits for thinking the same things that fans say all the time.
 
D just your gut you think it’s another like top 15 recruiting class this year? We are gonna have to expand the board it seems.

Okay and if that is your stance and we know that is the type of recruitment it is what the **** is the point of spending any time or effort recruiting? you could just recruit the OOS kids, see who you land and if you don't get what you want the week before signing day you can match the opposing programs offer or surpass it to land that type of guy.... In fact being in that recruitment and having constant bidding only harms you because you ultimately pay more. If it's a 100% about the NIL offer and nothing else, then it's smartest to just try to snipe them before they sign.

If this is true, that’s just utterly insane.

I cannot fathom that Mario would be so stupid to keep a guy on that has consistently made mistakes like this. If he is then we have bigger issues and the program is doomed.

Finally D tells yall the truth while others have been warning you all. Check the post. It’s bleakverne season.

Just get to ND and start stacking some wins on the field. Nobody should be shocked by this. It’s been Miamis trend for a long long time. Mario will win some big battles but nowhere close to the top 5 type programs. The warning signs have been there but the board call us mopes. The good news is the season is right around the corner and we get another year to hope for more progress on the field. A loss against ND will sink this ship
 
So basically we’re not willing to pay what Texas is willing to pay . Spend that money on another interior DT . The ol makes the RBs not the other way around .

8-12 range. That’s what Mario will get Miami. You get that plus transfers you have a shot each year.

He and Guidry blew it last year. Mario is right where he is projected to be. Only the gullible fell for the CIS and “insider” hype.

If players dont want to come in a turn it around…I’ll see ya when i see ya! We still have plenty of talent with years left…sometimes players wanna go where the position they play has depleted by graduation and nfl along with high exposure..we have talent! We have talent! We have talent! Next year we will get talent!
