Don’t know about draft picks, but the Big 10 (253) has the second most kids in the NFL. SEC (339) is first and ACC (215) is third. This is as of Jan 2020.

The SEC has 124 more NFL players currently than the ACC, that’s a big spread. Number will grow even wider this year.
