I am not the one to pin all things on coaches. I am a firm believer that players have to want to perform. Ultimately these kids know what they want, they have goals. Yes, coaches and schemes matter but at the end of the day, a player still has to play and beat the man in front of them. They still have to know their playbooks and execute. They still have to hold each other accountable to do the same
Agree. Some of our most physically gifted players are the most mentally lazy. I really hope the way the draft went this year will be a wake up call for all of them. Especially Garvin going so late. All this talk about Brevin and Rousseau is so premature. There are no givens...
