The case is closed

It 100% should be:

9. Miami
10. Notre Dame
11. Alabama
12. BYU

But the committee is ******* retarded.

It would be perfect with Bama and BYU on outside looking in. Then Bama and BYU are in an in and win situation to knock ND and Miami out. Simple.

It EVEN BETTER IS

7. OU
8. Miami
9. Notre Dame
10. Ole Miss
11. Alabama
12. BYU

This would be PERFECT FOR EVERYONE

Idk if they'd drop a 1 loss SEC team that far despite the coaching changes

I know this won't happen, but I'd like to see
8. Miami
9. ND
10. OU
11. Bama
12. BYU

Bama wins, they bump OU out because SEC champ would outweigh H2H

We are not getting in over Alabama. They have the best win in college football according to the committee and are playing for the championship in the conference they say is the best. Yall need to let that go. It’s gonna be between us, ND, BYU, Oklahoma and Vandy. Gotta know the game
Miami and ND would both beat OU easily. OU has the 79th ranked scoring offense and is 91st in YPG. Their home crowd was booing them Saturday and Venebales was stroking out as they eeked out a win at home against a coachless LSU team with no QB that managed 9 first downs and 198 yards of offense. 26% of their offense and virtually all of their scoring was two massively blown coverages by LSU where the safety was nowhere to be found. OU has zero shot of even winning a first round game.

Wow, even the ACC is now helping us.

My optimism is moving slightly above zero.

Lol forget about Bama (even though I think we’re better than them). They’re the #1 seed in the SEC, absolutely zero chance the committee leaves them out even with a loss on Saturday. Imagine the uproar that would cause.
I found Josh Pate's secret CIS handle!

I get it. But you are doing the same thing we are accusing the committee of doing: projecting outcomes. It should be based on resume, not what could happen later. Although the committee won’t give a single **** about that

Right. It’s not about right or wrong. The facts are on our side. But this isn’t a court of law. The entity that controls and owns the media rights of the sec and playoffs have significantly more incentive to put their teams in. They will not risk Sanky creating his own post season for Miami or anyone else. It’s not hard to figure out. ESPN has $10 Bs tied up between the SEC and the playoffs. They want to ensure that investment returns

Wouldn't it be a gas if there WAS an ACC lawsuit - and these facts were presented?

Maybe apply for an INJUNCTION against the NCAA and the selection board until resolved - in court?

It's usually the squeeking wheel that gets the grease. All the SEC and ND bias is a load of crap. It's been going on for many decades.

Go to 16 teams as only an idiot would limit things to 12. The arithmetic doesn't work out. Does with 16. New National Champions in roughly 30 days - done.

They're very rarely THIS wrong. But yes, of course, let's hope they are.
I mentioned this in another thread but in 2023 FSU was the heavy favorite to make the CFP until like the hour before the reveal on Sunday when someone inside the room leaked the fact that Bama was getting in. Betting markets are stuck using last week's rankings and this weekend's results as the basis but have no idea what the committee will do
