The biggest difference between Miami and Michigan

And for the so called ball control offenses of UGA championship past they out QB put up Heisman numbers. This year Beck has put up a pedestrian 3300yd 20 TDs.

What people are really saying when they bring up UGAs offense is they really miss Dan Enos style of play.

Also it took Harbaugh more than 3 years to build to this point. They used to get pushed around by OSU and Michigan State so bad he took a pay cut.

It won't happen overnight. Took him a minute to find his quarterback too.
That’s how a complete rebuild is done it takes awhile bruh. People do not realize how bad we are. The nfl draft will show that.

Uga is actually very creative. That qb will go over 4 k when it’s all said and done while sitting a lot of fourth quarters. Bennet put up big numbers too

Don’t know this for sure, but I’d be willing to bet Michigan is not relying heavily on underclassmen, particularly freshman, to win games. We are.

Georgia is also #1 in time of possession and #15 in yards per rush.

Physical dominance will always be central to their identity but that doesn’t mean you can’t pass on top of that.

As a team UGA they have 300 less rush yards than we do And that's with our many terrible performances against power 5 teams.

Actually looking at the stats it's their passing yards that eclipse us. If TVD didn't miss 2 games we'd have more rush and pass than UGA. I know we do okay with time of possession as well.

I guess that leaves coaching and TVDs turnovers. Not FYZICAL.

yes. They interviewed Michigan RB Blake Coram after the game. I missed the entire interview but caught part where he talked about the guys who all decided to come back together He's 23, today was his bday...

Michigan can win games that way and has.

I don’t want to be Michigan. It’s boring as **** and tough to watch. I’m fine with ball control smashmouth football at times but to build an entire program around it is not something I’d want as a fan. That said I don’t want a true air raid either. I like the power spreads so many incorporate now and even the offenses Miami and SF have going in the MFl. Miami was made a national brand by putting athletes in space and scoring on offense while attacking on D and making QBs lives miserable. That’s what I want.
And that's what you're slowly getting.

How many times this season has we said: "man, if only RB X had speed, he'd have housed that". There was about 3 against Boston College alone. Cristobal is trying to marry SoFl skill position players with a dominant OLine - until our QB turned the ball over like he was betting on the opposition for a 4 week period we rolling.

And they lost to a much less talented team last year in the CFP with the exact opposite style of football.
You just made his point as far as qb play. Michigan threw 2 pick sizes in that game. U can’t win with a qb who turns the ball over. That’s it period.

There is more than 1 way to win CFB games.

Credit to Mich for identifying an identity and going all-in with it.

Hopefully our team does the same. Pick a system…an identity. Recruit the **** out it. Coach the **** out of it. And win a lot of games with it. Just quit d!cking around like we’ve seen for 20+ years

The funniest thing this fanbase does is **** on everything and everyone.

Some of you just want to be miserable.

Mario's game management isn't nearly as bad as people blame him for.

Remember he has to manage the pieces he has on the field.

NOW, we can argue about those pieces...
Have you lost your mind ? You’re literally the guy that started the ”fat Manny “ moniker. You’re going heel to face more than the Big Show and Randy Orton combined.

You're absolutely right. People forget when Harbaugh got a pay cut after so many mediocre seasons and losing to Ohio State for a decade. There was a lot of talk about firing him.

We may not be completely happy with the process, but Mario is moving us where we need to be.

I think the clash with fans is that we want more of a high scoring offense that's fun and entertaining to watch.

I don't mind all the power running and trench play because that's what's needed to be a championship team. I just hope they develop a high power passing game to go with it.

Look at FSU. I knew from the beginning of the season they are not a championship team. They don't have the trenches. Not even the depth on the defensive line that they were bragging about. Their recruiting classes for the past 3 years said no way despite their success in the transfer portal. They have some skill guys, but very little blue chip recruits in the trenches from their last 3 classes. No championship depth.

Same thing for Louisville. They have a 6-year QB that has been with the HC for 5 years. They have some pretty good overachievers, but very few blue chips and no championship depth. They lost to a now 7-5 Kentucky. It will be a really bad look for the ACC if their top 2 teams both lose to 2 lower tier SEC teams the week before the ACC Championship game.

Mario is building it right. We should see the fruits of that labor in wins next year.

What's the chances Orton ends up heel tonight at the Survivor Series?
