At their peak? Yes, but it's close. Both of them had more mental toughness. That's one of the reasons Jordan couldn't beat them. When the game was on the line Bird dominated Jordan. Magic didn't play them as often. Jabbar was out against philly in the playoffs for a game 6 I believe in philly. Magic played center and scored 42 I think. Jordan guarded Bird quite often, it was not contest. Bird could only jump about a ft high LMAO. I can't say who the GOAT was because there we so many great players back then. Look up Dr J's games, look when he went to Rucker park. Dr J was a frigon monster early on. Might be the best leaper I've ever got to see. If I had to rate him against Jordan It might be jordan 100 Dr J 99. I liked watch J much better though. So glad I got to see these guys live. J came in probably 3 times a year at least, never missed one.
