Unfortunately he’s a mouthpiece for miami these days. So no bring critical he’ll just find a way to spin it. But let’s be real we all know we needed and the plan was WR1 LB 1 impact safety and rotational dt. We’re gonna settle for a few depth pieces and make it sound like they’re great additions.

Show me the programs who got WR1 out of the spring portal? What planet do you people live on?

This game is still predicated on HS recruiting. We have 2 second year WRs who were HIGH blue-chip recruits, one of them being in 5-star conversation. Those are your WR1 candidates. Not kids from Georgia State.

The blind homerism is crazy. We knew last window as well we needed a wr1. I’d say 7-8 of those guys were available. We landed none and lost Horton. Same **** happened with CB last year.

Hs recruiting… it’s getting better Jojo is great but we lost out on Jeremiah smith. And for the most part in the last 10+ years we’ve missed out on the best so Fla and top wr targets.

7-8 guys at WR with only 3 recording any stats last year is rough

And honestly it’s actually only 1 person (Daniels)

Didn’t expect WR1 from the spring after seeing it play out but we needed to do something to help this group out

It could work out fine but man that’s a tough ask

So you didn’t answer my question, not that I thought you would because it’d interrupt the nonsense moping.

Which programs pulled their WR1 out of the spring portal? I’ll do one better. Which programs pulled their WR1 out of either portal? Any playoff contenders? Texas? Ohio State? Clemson? Alabama?

Who was the best WR in the whole portal? Singleton? Branch? Concepcion? Yeah, would’ve been nice to get one of them, but it’s not like there are dozens of kids who are going to step onto good rosters and be the best receivers on the team coming from the portal. Develop your kids. We had the #1 offense in America last year with a 5’10 who isn’t gonna be drafted as our WR1. We’ll be ok. Back away from the ledge.

Nah for sure, I’m not saying we have the best WR corps in the country. Nor am I saying it’s just all peachy. We have question marks. But almost every team does and the kids who are in question are REALLY high recruits. You gotta get production out of those kids or we got the wrong ******* coaches anyway.

Yeah I think I meant to not post that because I was replying to you and realized **** he already knows all this anyway 😂

The BYU kid is a solid addition though it helps
