Richt has win 11+ games four times, the SEC east six times, the SEC twice and lost the de facto MNC by 1 yard in 2012.

Wrong again. Lifetime fan who is not young and I completely disagree with anyone who opposes this hire. I love Butch but this is a HOME RUN!!!!!!!
 
Listening to Zach Krantz and Channing Crowder on WQAM, you could hear the collective **** coming from them. Richt changes a lot. I liked Butch too, but you're a cot **** slurper of Butch and not a UM fan if you aren't excited about this hire. I mean, wtf? They're even going to spend money on his staff as well.

I absolutely guarantee he will have more success at UM than he did at UGA. Do you actually think it's easier to win championships at UGA than at UM??? If you do turn your **** Cane card in. Add in the synergy that a good coach at UM will always recruit the state of Miami well, and with 15 years at UGA Richt will be able to pluck some plum SEC recruits every year from throughout the southeast with the contacts he has, and he may well be the perfect hire here.
 
Richt was on the wane at GA . But Butch hadnt coached in 5 years. A good hire appeases the stuffy BOT and perhaps may be successful here. But he isnt the guy that makes people race to get season tickets.Butch was.
